"Whose idea was this anyway?"

While visiting my family last weekend, Steve and I noticed that Autumn loved the table and chairs set that my nephew has. She played at it, ate at it, and watched TV sitting in one of the little chairs the entire weekend. So we, and by we I mean I, thought it would be a good idea to buy her her own set.

So this evening Steve, with a little help from Autumn, put the table and chairs together. At first Autumn didn't want much to do with it, she was much more upset that we were moving the rocking chair out to make room for the new table. Once in place, the table did spark her interest, but not for the reasons I was hoping. Instead of using the table in the same civilized way she did before, this table turned into a mountain that she now needed to climb and concur. So climb and stand she did.

Now I should have seen this coming, considering her previous table top adventure, but it really never crossed my mind. After several minutes of telling Autumn that chairs are for sitting and not to sit on the table top I turned to Steve
and said, "Whose idea was this anyway?" His response, "Oh, definitely yours."
