Autumn's first Halloween was a piece of cake, last year was a bit more difficult, and this year -- well, this year was a little different. This year Autumn wasn't feeling 100%. She was running a fever, which left us tempted to not take her trick-or-treating at all, except for the look of disappointment on her face when I mentioned staying home. So, we decided that as long as she wanted to go we would take her to a few houses and then back home.
So, in her costume she went (is she not the cutest fish you have ever seen?!), posed for a few pictures, and we were out the door.
For not feeling her best, she had a really good time. I kept asking her if she was ready to go home, to which she would reply, "Can we go to the next house?"
At the end of the night Autumn told her cousin that Halloween is her favorite holiday. I fully expect to hear the same thing at Christmas!
